Betting Phase

Bluff Your Crew

Roll your crew dice hidden under the bamboo cup, then bluff on totals. Raise the stakes, lock a number, or call someone a liar — at exactly the right moment.

Sail Phase

Move the Fleet

The round winner rolls the sail die and advances ships 1–2 tiles. Battle dice decide naval combat. Tile events keep every move unpredictable.

Action Phase

Play Your Hand

Deploy Gold or Silver cards to attack rivals, defend your position, or upgrade your crew. Every card changes the board.

⚓ How to Win

Claim the Pirate Throne

First ship to plant a flag on the X tile — the Pirate Throne — wins the seas and ends the game. Tied at the finish? The seas demand a duel: crews collide in a final last-man-standing battle. Dice fly, bluffs die, and only one captain rises from the deck to rule the throne.
